Cebu Real Estate Entices Ayala Corporation
A senior executive of Ayala Corp. has said the company remains bullish on Cebu’s real estate industry and intends to buy more land to strengthen its presence in the province.
Ayala Corp. chairman and chief executive officer Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, who visited Cebu recently, said they are putting emphasis on their real estate business by bringing to Cebu the Ayala Land brands.
“We will definitely expand,” Zobel said.
He cited the high-rise commercial building and residential projects Avida Towers and eBloc 2, which were launched earlier this year.
The two projects are located at the Asiatown IT Park in Barangay Lahug, Cebu City.
“Let’s see where else we can find potential areas in Cebu,” he said.
