Getting Baguio City Land Title
Vice-President Jejomar C. Binay on Friday led the awarding of Transfer Certificate of Titles to 27 beneficiaries of two completed housing projects managed by the National Housing Authority (NHA)in Baguio City.
Binay is also the concurrent chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC).
Binay and National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Atty. Chito M. Cruz distributed land titles to 27 homeowners who have fully paid their loans — 11 from the Lualhati Upgrading Project and 16 from the Cresencia Village – Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) compound.
The government declared the Lualhati and BPI Compound sites, formerly idle government lands, as socialized housing projects in 2003, under Presidential Proclamations 231 and 360, respectively.
