The homeowners of Sta. Rosa Heights have a grand new addition to their community where they can stay fit and entertain relatives and guests: the clubhouse.
The Sta. Rosa Heights clubhouse was inaugurated recently, with Suntrust Properties Inc. president Harry Paltongan leading the festivities. Sta. Rosa Heights is a 25-hectare community in the Sta. Rosa, Laguna and Silang, Cavite border.
“The new Sta. Rosa Heights clubhouse will surely help build strong community ties among our homeowners,” Paltongan noted.
The clubhouse boasts a multi-purpose area for various functions, a lagoon and a swimming pool. A basketball court is also under construction. – source: Manila Bulletin
