Motivational Support Program for the College of Business and Accountancy
by Princesita A. Buma-at
The Guidance Services Department has crafted new programs for this school year. These are Motivational Support Program for the College of Business and Accountancy; Sensitivity Training for the College of Engineering; and Group Counseling for Employees and Faculty, a sequel of the Faculty Guidance Training.
VIRTUES ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM
The Grade School Department faculty were exposed to the Virtues Enhancement Seminar last May 29-30, 2007. They were taught on the five strategies for teaching virtues to children. As planned, all parents of the pre-school children will be exposed also to the same strategies of teaching virtues to children. The virtues enhancement project will be a collaborative effort of the parents and the teachers. The Grade School Department is now implementing the project.
FACILITATORS TRAINING OF THE PARENT-YOUTH RELATIONSHIP ENRICHMENT
The Guidance Services Department headed the preparation of the facilitators for the Parent Youth Relationship Enrichment (PYRE) Retreat. There were three teams that were created to handle all the retreats.
