MRT in Manila Philippines Safe or Not

MANILA, Philippines — Passengers of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) 3 were inconvenienced by a mechanical failure of the mass transit system early morning Wednesday.
Commuters, mostly working people and students, riding a northbound MRT 3 at about 5:50 a.m. had to be off-loaded at Magallanes station in Makati City after train doors failed to close due to the morning overcrowding.
